Mason is a native of California with a long history as an entrepreneur. Mason started his carpet cleaning business back in 1994 and eventually built it to 7 vans with over 17 employees. He also operated a limo and party bus business growing it to a fleet of 10. Mason eventually sold his enterprises in 2009 and relocated from Southern California to Texas. It’s here where he established himself as a top regional producer in the hyper competitive market of truckmount sales initially with Interlink of Austin before moving on to Jon-Don. Mason recently joined Hydramaster as a regional truckmount sales director. He’s people-centric putting great emphasis on developing lasting friendships with customers and clients. Mason is also the lead administrator of the popular Facebook group ‘Masons Network’.

  • Heather Pinckard of discusses the Dollars and Sense of Business Budgeting

Heather is local Nashville resident and Tennessee native. Heather has over a decade of experience in the carpet cleaning industry having recently sold her very successful multi-truck operation. Growing from a single van to fleet size, high profit operator in less than a decade, Heather has garnered the critical insight that is required to develop a business from self employed owner/operator to an employee run, turnkey business. In addition to carpet cleaning, Heather has other past and ongoing ventures including a successful property management company. She also recently formed the consulting firm Heather emphasizes budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting as the core means to understanding and building your business. Heather holds a degree in Business Communication from Middle TN State University and is a Ramsey Solutions Certified Financial Coach.
