Angry Lemon is ready for you….are you ready for it? Angry Lemon is a 10.5 pH encap cleaner that will take on nearly anything you throw at it with special emphasis on restaurants and the worse of the worst cheap, poly rental grade carpet. This isn’t your ‘go to’ encap for all jobs, but you’ll be happy to have it when you need it!
Angry Lemon has a low dilution typically at 2oz – 4oz per gallon (compared to typical dilutions of 8 – 12 oz per gallon with other products) depending on condition. This translates to approximately 8,000 sq ft. – 12,000 sq. ft. cleaned per gallon.
Angry Lemon works great with VLM processes including encap and pad extraction using rotary, CRB, Cimex and OP machines. This can also be used with HWE, though defoamer may be needed for smaller waste tanks.

What is Angry Lemon?
Angry Lemon (AL) is an encap cleaner for the most challenged of carpet. You don’t need to use it often, but when you do, you’ll be glad you have it.
Does it work well?
Absolutely! It’s one of our most popular products and delivers over the top results….big talk, yes, but you’ll see when you try it.
This is a high pH product?
This is now at 10.5 pH.
Do I need to neutralize Angry Lemon?
No. The product dries to a crystal. Whatever isn’t removed in the encap and/or pad extraction process is removed with routine vacuuming.
What’s the dilution?
Typically 2oz – 4oz per gallon.
How much carpet will it clean?
One gallon of AL at RTU strength will clean approximately 8K -12k sq ft of carpet(!) A little AL goes a long way….yay!
It’s expensive!
AL is very competitive, particularly as it relates to dilution.
Can I use this with hot water extraction (HWE)?
Heck yeah! However, it might cause some foam….but does amazingly well with HWE. Also, it really shines on T&G.
What machines can I use this with?
Cimex, OP, rotary/floor buffer, CRB, portable or truckmount – pretty much any piece of professional cleaning equipment….because it’s a pro product!
Can I use this in commercial?
Yep! It does great on commercial carpet.
Can I use this on residential?
If the condition warrants it, yes. Keep in mind that being a somewhat higher pH product, it is not good for stain resistant carpet. However, if the carpet is “trashed” it will most likely be of little concern.
Can I use this on wool?
Not recommended. Use Simple Encap or Green Dragon – great options in their own right 🙂
Can I boost with a peroxide like Go-Oxy or general spotter such as Magic Bullet?
Yes, as needed. Go-Oxy for organic stains (urine, beverage, etc.) and Magic Bullet for non-organic and general stains – also works as a general cleaning booster.
